Our warehouse solution resulted in a 30% increase in the warehouse’s space utilization, while increasing the rate of incoming and outgoing shipments.
Services we provide
1. Consulting: we help customers understand the racking in the early stage, and suggest the type of racking according to customers’ needs.
2. Scheme design: according to the needs of customers, after research and communication, the shuttle racking system is finally selected, and the push back racking is arranged in other areas of the warehouse, to further increase the space utilization rate of the warehouse
3. Field investigation & installation: Cold storage warehouse ground contains insulation layer so we investigated the depth and thickness of the insulation layer on the spot. During the installation, we learned that the warehouse would soon be put into use, so we sent additional installers to complete the installation and warehouse approved before putting into use , which greatly shorten the construction progress.
4. After-sales service: During the final inspection of the project one year later, we evaluated the use of racking and shuttle cars; In addition, we also conduct regular customer feedback survey to understand the follow-up operation of the shuttle warehouse system.
