Meet custom needs
As a cold storage project, company A wants to increase the storage density, improve the incoming and outbound speed, and require the goods to be FIFO. The shuttle warehouse storage designed by us increases the space utilization rate of the warehouse by about 30%, and improves the speed of incoming and outbound goods, which perfectly meets the needs of Company A.

Scheme design: we have designed three sets of schemes in the early stage, which are pallet racking system, shuttle racking system and push-in rack. Later, we learned that Company A need the goods to be FIFO, so we abandoned the push-in scheme. According to the demand of storage density, we finally chose the shuttle racking system and designed it into a two-way pickup scheme to meet the requirements.
Field investigation & installation: after the scheme is recognized by client, we went to visit the warehouse site, and found that the ground flatness is not ideal. In view of this situation, we made rectification in time and lengthened the adjustment baseplate. We also sent additional installation and debugging personnel to shorten the construction period based on good experience in handling such cold storage projects.
After-sales service: we conduct regular feedback survey to understand the subsequent operation of the shuttle storage system.
