Assembly Storage Racking steps:
1. Check the delivery order and the actual delivery quantity, and observe whether the accessories are in good condition.
2. First, carefully read the assembly drawings to understand the general structure of the Racking, and comb the installation sequence.
3. Assemble the column first, and install the baseplate on the column first.
4. Then assemble the uprights , and install the H/D bracing on the column with screws, but do not screw too tight, just wear it, so as to adjust after all the assembly is completed.
5. then assemble the top and bottom bearing beams, also use the screw belt can, do not screw too tight.
6. Next, assemble the middle bearing beams into the middle at an Angle, and put it in the appropriate position according to the height design. Then use screws to take up the H/D bracing, bearing beams and column, or do not screw too tight.
7. Finally, stand the Racking up, keep it vertical against the wall, and gradually tighten the screws from the bottom to the top. After all the screws are tightened, you can shake the Racking with both hands to see whether the shelf is stable.
Precautions for assembling Racking:
1. Reserve the racking storage area, try not to put the racking outside in the sun or rain.
2. Keep the installation site clean and tidy, dust and garbage should be cleaned up.
3. Level the ground before assembly to ensure the stability of the racking installation. The flatter the ground, the better.
4. Pay attention to lift gently to avoid bending deformation of the racking or abrasion spraying the surface.
