The cantilever racking system column mostly adopts cold-rolled steel or H-shaped steel,the arm adopts square tube, cold-rolled steel or H-shaped steel.The column and the arm are connected by lock pin or bolt connection.The base is made of cold-rolled steel or H-shaped steel. The columns are connected by H-bracing and X-bracing.The H-bracing is generally made of a rectangular tube, and the X-bracing is made of round tube.

Cantilever racking system are suitable for storing long materials, coil materials, plates and irregular goods. Mostly used in machinery manufacturing industry and building materials supermarket.
The characteristics of cantilever racks:
1. The cantilever racking system is an effective storage system in terms of quality, safety and management. The column unit is composed of a column and a base. The column is made of two specially designed C-shaped steel and it is welded together. This structure makes full use of the anti-load capacity of the material and has the characteristics of large load and low cost.
2. The cantilever racking system is divided into single-side and double-side, which can efficiently store wood, pipes, long products and other similar products.
3. All the parts of cantilever racking system are semi-finished products before surface treatment, and will be powder coated through the last process. Before powder coating, the shot blasting machine should be used to remove oil and rust, and then powder coated. Pack and ship after completion.
4. Compared with the ordinary longspan shelves, the cantilever racking system has higher space utilization, more convenient and quick access to the goods, and the storage of the goods is clear at a glance.
